How To - VSCode/Remote SSH + TTYEmulator Agent

• Install "Remote SSH" Extension in VSCode

      See Remote Development using SSH

• Config "Remote SSH" Extension for setting "SSH client for Windows"
  => Expected "OpenSSH_for_Windows_8.1p1, LibreSSL 2.9.2"

• Configure "TTY Emulator" for setting "VSCode" path (TTY Emulator version >= 4.5.x)

• Configure "TTY Emulator" for enabling "OpenSSH Agent" (TTY Emulator version >= 4.5.x)

• Start "TTY Emulator Agent"
